Application verification failed
This message means the ITVDesk executable verification check did not pass. ITVDesk closes for security reasons instead of running an executable that may be corrupted, incomplete, replaced, or modified.
Recommended action
- Close ITVDesk completely, including tray/background processes.
- Download the official ITVDesk package from the ITVDesk website or Customer Portal.
- Reinstall ITVDesk using the official package.
- Do not run patched, modified, unpacked, or unofficial ITVDesk executables.
Windows UAC: Unknown publisher
The Windows User Account Control prompt is a Windows security confirmation. Continue only if the ITVDesk installer or update came from an official ITVDesk source.
