VMS/NVR can't detect ITVDesk or live video from ITVDesk is not coming
  • Ensure that VMS/NVR supports the ONVIF protocol and that ITVdesk is added there as the ONVIF IP camera.
  • Tray ITVDesk change ONVIF and RTSP Port
  • Ensure that the network traffic between ITVdesk and VMS/NVR is not blocked. Temporarily switch off all antiviruses, firewalls and Ad-Aware software on both the ITVdesk PC and VMS PC.
  • Tray click Factory default and create new IP Camera

  • Read Rtsp and ONVIF error log.
  • Create a helpdesk ticket if nothing above helps.
